Terms & Conditions of sale

Before placing your order, please read these terms and conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want and no detail that you are unhappy with. We will only accept your order upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

PAYMENTS

Payments are taken via a third party provider – Paypal. You will be redirected to Paypal from the checkout of this website. Therefore, no payment information is either required or held by this website or users of this website. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay for your purchase. You can checkout as a ‘guest’ and just enter your card information in the pop-up screen.

DELIVERY

Your parcel will be posted to your chosen shipping address via Royal Mail with 1-2 days of your purchase. Royal Mail will then be responsible for the delivery. We cannot guarantee next day deliveries.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Your item must also be in its original packaging. You will need to have a receipt or proof or purchase. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain about of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
